Welcome to Tagalog With Mitch. By booking lessons, purchasing packages, subscribing to our services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Lessons

Lessons are conducted online and are intended for educational purposes. Lesson length, schedules, and services are based on the package, subscription, or lesson type selected by the student.

2. Booking and Payments

All lessons, packages, and subscriptions must be paid for in advance through the payment methods available on our website.

Trial lessons are paid sessions and are charged according to the selected lesson duration and the price displayed at the time of booking.

Prices, lesson durations, package details, and subscription offerings may be updated at any time. Such changes will not affect lessons or packages that have already been purchased.

3. Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a lesson with at least 15 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson start time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 15 hours before the scheduled lesson may not be accommodated and the lesson credit may be deducted.

4. Cancellations and No Shows

Lessons canceled less than 15 hours before the scheduled lesson start time are not eligible for a refund and the corresponding lesson credit will be charged.

Students who do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be considered a no show. No show lessons are non refundable and the corresponding lesson credit will be deducted.

Tutors will wait up to 20 minutes after the scheduled lesson start time. If the student has not joined the lesson within this period, the tutor may leave the session and the lesson will be considered completed.

Students arriving late may attend the remainder of the lesson, however the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.

5. Tutor Cancellations

If a lesson must be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, students will be offered a replacement lesson or a suitable alternative schedule.

6. Packages and Subscriptions

Package lessons and subscription plans are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used by another individual.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Students are responsible for managing their subscriptions and cancellation requests before renewal. Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges that occur because a subscription was not canceled before the next billing cycle.

Unused lessons, credits, or subscription benefits may expire according to the terms of the selected package and are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.

7. Learning Materials

Students may receive worksheets, flashcards, homework activities, quizzes, recordings, and other educational resources.

All learning materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, or republished without prior written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and professional learning environment.

Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, threats, inappropriate conduct, or repeated disruption of lessons may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Results Disclaimer

Language learning is a personal process and progress varies from student to student based on factors including attendance, participation, study habits, practice outside of lessons, prior language experience, and individual learning pace.

While we strive to provide high quality instruction, educational resources, and support, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, proficiency levels, examination results, fluency milestones, or timeframes for progress.

Tagalog With Mitch, its tutors, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for a student’s lack of progress, unmet expectations, failure to achieve specific goals, or any direct or indirect losses arising from participation in lessons or use of our educational services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
